A Sub-Processor is the Processor engaged by Omnipath on behalf of Customer. All capitalized terms not defined on this page shall have the meaning set forth in the Data Processing Agreement. Omnipath uses the following Sub-Processors to provide the Services.

• Alibaba Cloud (Singapore) Private Limited, Cloud service provider
• Liteblitz (Singapore) Technology Pte. Ltd., Service provider for platform infrastructure and technology support
